Dispatch Supervisor

🔍 Job Role: Dispatch InchargeWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Incharge who can ensure that all dispatched materials strictly match

the approved order sheet and customer requirements.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Verify dispatched products strictly as per final approved order sheet
• Cross-check product name, size, quantity, batch number, and packaging
• Ensure dispatch is done according to customer PO and export/invoice documents
• Coordinate with production, QC, packaging, and accounts teams
• Maintain proper dispatch records and documentation
• Prevent dispatch errors, shortages, or mismatches
• Ensure timely dispatch as per shipment schedule
