E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketplaces, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

- Monitor pricing data and conduct competitive analysis to optimize product pricing strategies.

- Create and optimize product listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, specifications, and images.

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of product images, checking for consistency, resolution, and presentation.

- Handle e-commerce accounts, managing inventory levels, monitoring sales performance, and resolving any account-related issues.

- Stay updated on new categories and trends, conducting market research and identifying new opportunities for product expansion.

- Update and optimize listings on new e-commerce platforms, expanding our presence and reaching new audiences.

- Possess knowledge of delivery booking systems and processes to coordinate smooth product shipments for customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. Masters would be an added advantage.

- Proven experience in e-commerce with expertise in order processing, pricing strategies, product listing management, and accounts handling.

- Proficiency in utilizing e-commerce platforms, databases, and tools such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, etc.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accurate and consistent product information across various platforms.

- Familiarity with new categories of products and the ability to conduct effective market research.

- Proficient in using various e-commerce platforms and actively staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

- Knowledge of delivery booking systems and processes to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
