Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Electrical Service Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to support installation, servicing, and electrical work related to testing and industrial machines.

Key Responsibilities

* Travel to customer sites across PAN India for machine installation, commissioning, and service support.

* Visit overseas customer sites, if required, for installation and service activities.

* Handle site activities independently, including troubleshooting and customer coordination.

* Carry out installation and commissioning of ordered machines at customer facilities.

* Perform electrical wiring, panel work, and electrical assembly when working at the company

* premises.

* Provide remote technical support to customers through phone calls or video calls as required.

* Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material requirements related to projects and

* service activities.

* Prepare service reports, installation reports, and basic documentation as required.

* Ensure compliance with company safety standards and customer site requirements.

* Support testing, trials, and internal machine checks when required.

* Responsibility are not limited to this only.....

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

* 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical service, installation, or industrial equipment support.

* Good knowledge of industrial wiring, control panels, sensors, motors, and PLC-based systems (basic level).

* Ability to understand electrical drawings and wiring schematics.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

* Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally overseas.

* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Additional Information

* Candidate should be flexible, responsible, and ready to take ownership of assigned work.

* Exposure to testing machines, laboratory equipment, or industrial automation will be an added

* advantage.
