Electrical Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install + O&M of gateways & Meters

• Coordinate with contractor field staff for gateway deployment and Meter Installation.

• Monitor the Meter Installation & Gateway deployment to ensure it is happening as per

Kimbal’s SOPs.

• Validate the faulty equipment at Site.

• Minimum sending faulty materials at Kimbal factory where it seems an out of warranty

faults.

• Watch whether the Contractor following the best practises for meter deployments.

• Provide onsite trainings to Field team for Meter installation & Gateway installation.

• Highlight the cases for incorrect gateway installation via using application/site visits.

Qualifications

• ITI in electrical or Diploma

• 1 to 5 years as lineman or associated with Discom or work on live line.

Requisite Skills

• Electrician or technician, an idea of working on height protocols.

• An idea of working on 230V AC supply.
