Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.).

·        Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare quantity take-offs.

·        Conduct rate analysis and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

·        Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.

·        Assist in tender preparation and submission.

·        Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.

·        Monitor project costs and provide cost control support.

·        Maintain estimation records and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

·        Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing.

·        Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

·        Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation software is an added advantage.

·        Good analytical and mathematical skills.

·        Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

·        1–3 years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying preferred.

·        Freshers with strong academic background and practical training may also apply.
