Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Vadodara. The Executive Chef will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining high culinary standards, and collaborating with management to innovate and enhance dining experiences for guests. Qualifications •Strong skills in culinary arts, menu planning, and food presentation Proficiency in kitchen management, staff supervision, and team leadership

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to innovate and create unique culinary experiences •Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team •Relevant certifications in culinary arts or hospitality management are preferred Flexibility to handle high-pressure environments and adapt to dynamic needs during service hours
