We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Expert with a strong background in process excellence, continuous improvement, and data driven quality management. The ideal candidate must hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and have 7+ years of hands-on experience working in a structured quality environment.
This role will lead complex improvement initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure business processes meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects to improve process efficiency and reduce defects
Drive root cause analysis, process mapping, FMEA, DMAIC/DMADV initiatives
Develop and implement SOPs, quality frameworks, audit processes
Perform data analysis using Minitab / statistical tools and track KPIs
Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with internal standards
Mentor Green Belts and support capability-building initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in any field
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
Strong skills in Lean methodologies, RCA, SPC, CAPA, FMEA, and data analytics.
Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience (Good to Have)
Experience working in highvolume, insight-driven, or measurementfocused environments (aligned with NIQ-style operations)
Exposure to digital transformation projects, automation, or data quality governance
Experience in managing multistakeholder, multilocation process excellence initiatives
Additional certifications in Lean, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or ISO standards are desirable
