Factory Worker

Job Summary:We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as LED Light Assembly Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging LED lighting products in a factory setting. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.

• Key Responsibilities:Assemble LED light components following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Operate tools, machines, and other assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Label, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors
• Assist with inventory and material handling as needed
• Meet daily production targets
