Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail stores, salons, beauty parlours, and distributors to promote cosmetic products
  • Execute in-store marketing activities such as product demos, sampling, and displays
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, beauticians, and channel partners
  • Educate store staff about product features, usage, and benefits
  • Ensure brand visibility through proper merchandising and POS materials
  • Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
  • Support sales team in lead generation and retail activation
  • Ensure availability of products at outlets and coordinate replenishment
  • Submit daily visit reports and activity updates to the marketing manager
