Window Gallery, a leading manufacturer of metal and aluminium windows, is looking for a Field Marketing Executive to drive its on-ground sales and marketing initiatives in Vadodara, Gujarat.

The role involves meeting clients (builders, architects, and homeowners), promoting window products, generating leads, and closing sales in both B2B and B2C segments. Candidates with prior experience in field sales, construction material, or home décor products will be preferred.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

🚶‍♂️ Visit clients, builders, and dealers to promote company products.

💬 Explain product features, pricing, and quality benefits.

📊 Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers.

💼 Handle both B2B and B2C customer interactions and sales.

🏘️ Conduct product sampling and demonstrations at sites or showrooms.

📈 Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain performance reports.

🤝 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and contractors.

💰 Negotiate deals and assist in finalizing sales agreements.

📋 Update management with daily visit reports and customer feedback.
