Job Description
A Credit Card Sales Executive promotes and sells credit card products by identifying potential customers, explaining card benefits, and guiding them through the application process. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, explaining product features, verifying applications, and cross-selling other financial products.
Core responsibilities
Sales and lead generation: Actively identify and approach prospective clients to meet monthly sales quotas.
Product knowledge: Educate customers on different credit card options, features, benefits, and terms.
Application assistance: Guide customers through the application process and ensure all necessary documents are collected and submitted correctly.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure card activation and encourage usage.
Cross-selling: Promote other bank products, such as loans or insurance, to eligible clients to generate additional revenue.
After-sales service: Provide ongoing support by addressing customer queries, complaints, and issues after the card is issued.
