- Educational Qualification - B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mechanical) –
- Mandatory or / other any stream graduate
- Related engineering disciplines with relevant
- experience may also be considered
- Experience - 2–3 years preferred in mechanical, insulation, HVAC,
- or related fields
- Freshers with strong academics & interest in
- insulation industry are welcome
- Technical Knowledge - Understanding of insulation systems (Thermal,
- Acoustic, HVAC)
- Familiarity with industry standards, specifications &
- application techniques
- Skills & Competencies - Strong problem-solving & project-handling ability
- Good communication & Presentation skills
- Ability to read & interpret technical drawings
- - An extrovert personality with interpersonal skills
