Job Title:Integrated Sales & Business Development Executive


(Field Sales | Inside Sales | Telesales)


Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly articulate, results-driven, and customer-centric Integrated Sales & Business Development Executive who will strategically manage and execute end-to-end sales activities across Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Telesales functions.


The role demands exceptional communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to seamlessly transition between on-ground client engagement, remote sales coordination, and proactive telephonic outreach—ensuring sustained revenue growth and long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities1. Field Sales & Client EngagementConduct in-person meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospective and existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, lead prospecting, and strategic networking.

Build, nurture, and retain high-value client relationships through consultative selling and solution-oriented approaches.

Represent the organisation at exhibitions, trade fairs, industry events, and customer locations with professionalism and brand integrity.

Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of high-value deals in alignment with organisational objectives.

2. Inside Sales & Sales CoordinationManage inbound and outbound enquiries, providing prompt, precise, and professional responses.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.

Coordinate closely with internal teams including CRM, Service, Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless order execution.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability.

Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion metrics to support forecasting and management reporting.

3. Telesales & Lead ConversionConduct structured outbound telephonic outreach to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.

Engage decision-makers through persuasive, articulate, and relationship-driven communication.

Execute follow-up calls for dormant leads, pending quotations, and re-engagement campaigns.

Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights through tele-interactions.

Strategic & Reporting ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all sales channels.

Provide regular MIS reports, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to management.

Contribute to sales planning, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.

Uphold ethical sales practices and align all activities with company policies and brand values.

Required Skills & CompetenciesExceptional fluency in English (spoken and written) with professional articulation.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to seamlessly manage multi-channel sales responsibilities with precision and accountability.

High level of self-motivation, discipline, and result orientation.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales documentation.

Willingness to travel for field assignments as required.

Educational & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in Field Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales or an integrated sales role.

Exposure to B2B sales environments will be considered a strong advantage.
