Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive residential (household) solar sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers at their homes, explaining solar solutions, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to residential areas for lead generation

• Explain solar panel systems and benefits to homeowners
• Perform site assessments and collect necessary customer information
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with installation and technical teams
• Follow up with potential customers to close deals

Eligibility Criteria: Diploma and above can apply

• Experience in field sales (solar, electrical, or home appliances preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000
• Average Incentive: ₹5,000 per month (based on performance)
