Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our product portfolio, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the principal’s product catalogue and develop in-depth knowledge of offered products
• Generate business leads through cold calling, walk-ins, and visits to new clients
• Engage with customers and provide product information and feedback on solutions such as UPS, Power Inverter, Active Filters, Precision Air Conditioners, Server Networking Racks, etc.
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer orders after deal closure, including tender filling and order execution
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and principals, and develop new sales funnels across regions and sectors
• Achieve assigned sales targets and share regular monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance updates with management
• Address customer queries related to product principles, working, and operational aspects
• Perform fieldwork involving regular travel and direct customer interaction

Requirements:

• Experience in field sales or technical sales preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
