Field Sales Executive

Company: Aanjney Solar

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Average Incentive: ₹15,000 per month (performance-based)


Job Summary: Aanjney Solar is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive commercial solar sales through active lead generation and field marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable meeting business clients.

Key Responsibilities: Generate commercial leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking

  • Identify and approach potential commercial clients (factories, offices, warehouses, institutions, etc.)
  • Conduct site visits and explain solar solutions to clients
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (solar/industrial/commercial sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
