Job Description

Role OverviewThe Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving product awareness, generating sales, strengthening retailer and distributor networks, and expanding market penetration for the company’s herbal and medicated cosmetic product portfolio. The role demands strong field presence, consistent follow-ups, relationship management, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers.


  • Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue GenerationPromote and sell herbal medicated cosmetic products to pharmacies, cosmetic stores, medical shops, wellness centres, and distributors.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Plan and execute field visits to generate new leads and convert them into active clients.
  • Increase secondary and tertiary sales through regular market visits.


2. Market DevelopmentIdentify emerging market opportunities and expand product reach across new retail channels.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, sampling activities, and awareness sessions with prospective customers.
  • Build and manage a strong network of retailers, wholesalers, and stockists.


3. Relationship ManagementMaintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing clients through periodic visits and follow-ups.

  • Address customer concerns, product queries, and complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.


4. Product Knowledge & BrandingDevelop strong understanding of herbal, ayurvedic, and medicated cosmetic products.

  • Educate retailers and shop staff on product benefits, usage, advantages, and differentiators.
  • Assist in execution of in-shop branding, promotional displays, POP materials, and product placements.


5. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare daily sales reports, market feedback, competitor analysis, and visit logs.

  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team, supply chain team, and management for stock planning and promotional activities.
  • Provide recommendations to improve field strategies and product acceptance.
