Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about learning sales, meeting clients, and achieving targets. Freshers who are willing to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Explain company products/services to clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit to reporting manager
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within Vadodara
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing preferred
• Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Skills Required:Strong negotiation skills
• Confidence and positive attitude
• Ability to learn quickly
• Basic MS Office knowledge
