Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 (uncapped incentive)

About Karmaa Solar LLP is a growing solar energy company based in Vadodara, focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial solar solutions. We are expanding our field sales team and looking for dynamic, target-driven professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
B2B Commercial Sales Generate leads for commercial and industrial solar projects
- Meet business owners, factory units, builders, architects, and consultants
- Conduct site visits and initial requirement analysis
- Coordinate with technical team for proposals and closures
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
B2C Residential Sales Generate residential rooftop solar leads
- Conduct field visits and customer presentations
- Explain benefits, ROI, subsidy structure, and system details
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Key Responsibilities Daily field visits within Vadodara & nearby areas
- Lead generation through references, cold visits, and networking
- Maintain sales pipeline and follow-up regularly
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Submit daily/weekly performance reports
Eligibility Criteria Graduate (Mandatory)
- Solar industry background preferred
- Experience in field sales (B2B/B2C) preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- High growth opportunity in fast-growing solar sector
