Field Service Engineer

We are currently in search of experienced Field Application Engineers to deliver technical support and application expertise to our customers. Also travel to different places may be required based on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide guidance on product selection.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to customers and partners.
• Assist customers in implementing and troubleshooting products, including on-site visits when necessary.
• Deliver technical training to customers and partners, focusing on product features and functionality.
• Collaborate with product development teams, offering feedback on product issues and suggesting enhancements.
• Stay updated of industry trends and competitive products, providing valuable market intelligence to internal teams.
• Participate actively in trade shows and other marketing events to promote our products and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product issues in a CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support.
• Travel to customer sites within India and potentially abroad as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Possess 1+ years of experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or field service role, preferably in networking, automation, or electrical installation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishing strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Display a willingness to travel frequently to different regions based on requirement.
