Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment at customer sites. The role involves regular field visits and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of machines at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of field service experience
- Exposure to industrial machinery/equipment preferred
- Willingness to travel for service calls
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
