Job Description
- Operational Management: Opening/closing the facility, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the gym is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing fitness instructors, trainers, and front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Membership Growth & Retention: Driving marketing efforts to attract new members, providing facility tours, and implementing retention programs.
- Equipment & Safety: Inspecting and maintaining gym equipment to ensure safety, scheduling repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Financial Administration: Handling member inquiries, managing sales, processing payments, and conducting financial reporting.
- Customer Service: Acting as the main point of contact for member complaints and inquiries, providing a positive experience to encourage retention
