Job Description:

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting administrative operations, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth facility management. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Job Location: Vadodara 


Job Responsibilities: 

1) Travel & Accommodation Management

  • Handle end-to-end ticket booking for domestic and international travel.
  • Arrange hotel bookings, transportation, and travel itineraries for employees.
  • Ensure cost-effective travel planning while maintaining employee convenience.

 

2) Facility Management

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure office infrastructure, supplies, and equipment are well-maintained and available.
  • Coordinate with service providers for repairs, AMC, and facility-related requirements.

 

3) Administrative Support     

  • Manage front-office coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support HR in event coordination, employee engagement activities, and onboarding formalities when required.
  • Maintain updated records of travel, expenses, and facility-related documentation.

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to understand technical product details and translate them into customer value.
  3. Self-driven, organized, and proactive in managing leads and follow-ups.

 

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR/Administration specialization is a plus.

 

Experience in related industry: 4+ years of experience in HR/Admin or travel & facility coordination.

 

Other Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience in travel booking portals and vendor management.

·       Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

·       Problem-solving approach with a customer-focused mindset.
