Front Desk Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming & outgoing calls, take messages, and route calls to concerned departments
• Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols
• Manage front desk area, meeting rooms, and coordinate appointments
• Handle courier & postal services (dispatch, tracking, and records)
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for day-to-day activities
• Maintain office stationery and front office supplies
• Support HR in joining formalities, document collection, and employee coordination
• Ensure a positive first impression of the organization

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
