About the Role

High Rise Media Solutions is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can

translate brand stories, ideas, and client briefs into visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate should

have strong conceptual thinking, aesthetic sense, and the ability to create designs that uplift brand identity

across digital, print, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling designs for branding, PR communication, social media, presentations,

brochures, advertisements, and campaign assets.

Collaborate with the Content, PR, and Strategy teams to bring brand stories to life through impactful

visual communication.

Understand client briefs, develop creative concepts, and execute designs that align with brand

guidelines and campaign goals.

Design creatives that support storytelling—press releases, media narratives, brand campaigns, and

leadership communication.

Work on layouts, typography, color theory, and visual themes that resonate with targeted audiences.

Manage multiple design projects and deliver quality work within given timelines.

Stay updated with design trends, new tools, and creative approaches relevant to PR, branding, and

marketing.

Coordinate with printing vendors and external partners when required.

Adapt designs across formats for social media, print, websites, presentations, and advertising needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and technical proficiency.

Proficiency in major design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva; CorelDRAW is an

advantage).

Excellent sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Ability to think conceptually and convert narratives into engaging visual stories.

Good communication skills and comfort in collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Ability to think on their feet and offer creative solutions for branding challenges.

Added Advantage: Ability to write simple, meaningful content or captions and an understanding of

brand storytelling to complement visual communication.

Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and handle multiple projects.

Zeal to travel (when required) for shoots, brand events, or collaborative assignments.
