Guest Relations Executive

Job timing : 2 pm to 11 pm

• Greet and welcome all guests at the entrance.
• Provide information on games, pricing, and packages.
• Assist with ticketing, bookings, and wristbands.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Guide guests within the gamezone and maintain flow.
• Operate billing systems and manage cash/card transactions.
• Promote offers, combos, and upsell memberships.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in guest areas.
• Coordinate with operations and game staff.
• Maintain safety and crowd control during peak hours.
• Record feedback and report daily activity.
• Support birthday parties, events, and group bookings.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain a cheerful attitude.
• Work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
