Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment process including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle joining formalities, induction, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and HR-related issues.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
- Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / MBA (HR).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and recruitment process.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Experience in manufacturing or healthcare industry is an advantage
