Job Description
- She need to tie up with Real Estate Grop and Professional
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Posting jobs on boards, screening resumes, conducting initial calls/interviews.
- Sourcing and recruiting agents, brokers, and sales staff.
- Performing background checks and validations.
- Onboarding & Employee Relations:
- Assisting with new hire paperwork, database updates, and basic onboarding.
- Helping with payroll data and bank account opening for employees.
- Supporting HR Admin and coordinating with departments.
- Real Estate Specifics:
- Managing documentation for new partners (land dealers, brokers).
- Learning the business ecosystem, networking, and tracking partner performance.
- Assisting HR and Business Development teams.
- General HR Support:
- Maintaining employee records and databases.
- Scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
