HR Recruiter

Frelit Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization in the energy sector, focused on innovation, sustainability, and efficient solutions. We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand hiring requirements from department managers
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with Manager
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Handle job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, etc.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires

Skill:-

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
