Job Title: HR Recruiter – Non-IT

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter – Non-IT is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across industries such as Retail, Finance, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Sales, and Operations. The role includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/face-to-face interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure target-based hiring and timely closures
• Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities
• Follow up with candidates till successful onboarding
• Support campus hiring, bulk hiring, and vendor coordination when required
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of Non-IT recruitment processes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment portals
• Time management and multitasking ability
• Result-oriented and team player

Educational Qualification : Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Experience : 0.6 to 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
