Job OverviewWe are a fast-growing advertising agency looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to lead our full-cycle talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will source, attract, and hire top creative and business talent to fuel our agency's growth and help deliver award-winning campaigns for global and local brands. You will partner closely with creative directors, account leads, and department heads in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment where innovation, speed, and cultural fit are key.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers (Creative Directors, Account Directors, Strategy Heads, etc.) to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and create compelling, creative-focused job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for creative, digital, media, account management, and production roles.
  • Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, ArtStation, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), agency networks, employee referrals, and passive talent outreach.
  • Post and optimize job ads on relevant platforms, including creative-specific sites and social media, while highlighting the agency's exciting projects, culture, and growth opportunities.
  • Screen resumes/portfolios, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, creativity, and agency fit.
  • Coordinate interview panels, schedule assessments (e.g., creative briefs, case studies), and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and background verification.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles in a competitive creative industry.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate) and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging recruitment content, social media posts, and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in creative talent acquisition.
  • Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an advertising agency, creative/digital agency, media house, or fast-paced creative industry.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring creative talent (designers, copywriters, art directors, UX/UI, strategists, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of creative portfolios and how to evaluate them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with creative professionals.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or similar), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with creative platforms (Behance, Dribbble, etc.) and social media sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • High energy, creativity, and a passion for advertising and talent.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with employer branding and recruitment marketing in creative sectors.
  • Knowledge of Indian advertising market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent hotspots.
  • Multilingual skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati) are a plus.
