HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a highly capable Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager to lead hiring and workforce management across our organization.

This role involves hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees, managing manpower, tracking employee performance, and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire blue-collar workers (installers, operators, helpers, supervisors)

• Hire white-collar staff (sales, designers, project managers, office staff)

• Build and manage recruitment pipelines

• Manage manpower planning and workforce allocation

• Create and manage employee performance matrix and reports

• Track attendance, leaves, and holidays

• Manage manpower agencies and vendors

• Maintain HR records and dashboards

• Improve hiring speed and workforce efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in recruitment and HR operations

• Experience hiring blue-collar workforce preferred

• Strong organizational and management skills

• Ability to create performance tracking systems

• Experience in construction/manufacturing/interior industry preferred

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
