HVAC Costing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and detailed project cost estimation
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
• Maintain equipment history and service records.
• Assist in reading and preparing mechanical drawings, layouts, and fabrication details.
• Support engineering team in design modifications.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Ensure quality standards in mechanical work and fabrication.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and maintenance services.
• Assist in material requirement planning.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• knowledge of Computer MS Application and AutoCAD (preferred)
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork
