Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized HVAC Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day service operations. The role involves coordinating between technicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, smooth communication, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate HVAC service calls and maintenance visits
• Allocate technicians based on availability, skill set, and site requirements
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, technicians, and management
• Track service requests, job status, and closures
• Prepare service reports, job cards, and basic MIS
• Follow up with technicians for work updates and completion status
• Coordinate with stores/procurement for material availability (if required)
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain proper documentation and service records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC / MEP / service coordination preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable with MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and basic software systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems is an advantage
