Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (AC, ventilation, heating)
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform repairs
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Handle gas charging, leak detection, and compressor repairs
- Maintain service records and job reports
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Requirements:ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Knowledge of split AC, cassette AC, ductable units, and VRV/VRF (preferred)
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel to job sites if required
- Preferred Skills:Good problem-solving skills
- Time management
- Customer handling skills
- Physically fit for fieldwork
