Position Overview
We’re looking for 1. young engineers and science graduates to kick-start their careers as
Industrial Hygienists Trainee (IHT). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain expertise
aligned with the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Core Competencies,
including exposure assessment, hazard control, and EHS management.
IHT Professionals with a background in Industrial Hygiene (IH) or Safety will have an added
advantage, gaining access to diverse projects across India and potential opportunities for global
exposure.

Key Responsibilities: Industrial Hygiene Professional
Aligned with AIHA Core Competencies, the selected candidates will:
Anticipation and Recognition of Hazards
∙Identify potential chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards in
workplace environments.
∙Proactively evaluate workplaces to anticipate risks using scientific and engineering
principles.
Exposure Assessment and Monitoring
∙Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments for airborne
contaminants, noise, heat, and other stressors.
∙Utilize state-of-the-art monitoring equipment and tools to collect exposure data.
Hazard Evaluation and Data Analysis
∙Analyze collected exposure data using statistical methods to determine risk levels.
∙Interpret data in accordance with established occupational exposure limits (OELs) and
guidelines.
Control Strategies and Implementation
∙Develop and implement hazard control plans, including engineering, administrative,
and PPE solutions, to mitigate risks.
∙Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend sustainable EHS solutions in
line with "Zero Exposure."
Reporting and Communication
∙Prepare comprehensive technical reports summarizing findings and recommending
corrective actions.
∙Communicate results effectively to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and
actionability.
Regulatory Compliance and Ethics
∙Ensure all activities comply with local and international EHS regulations and standards.
∙Uphold high ethical standards in all professional practices.
Eligibility & Requirements
∙Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science. ICertOHTA / ICertOH is
preferable.
∙Additional Advantage: Professionals with prior Industrial Hygiene Project
experience.
∙Base Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (with extensive travel across India and
International).
∙Commitment: Willingness to sign a 2-year agreement and adhere to a 3-year non-
compete clause.
Compensation Package:
∙For IHT:
oTraining Period (3-6 months): ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 per month.
oPost-Training Employment: ₹25,000 per month CTC + performance bonuses.
