Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – BOQ & Commercial Operations

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive responsible for preparing quotations, developing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and managing assigned customer accounts. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant commercial submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.

• Develop detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) aligned with project specifications.

• Manage allocated customer accounts for all BOQ and commercial-related activities.

• Receive BOQs from the Pre-Sales team or directly from customers and process them efficiently.

• Identify appropriate components, materials, and vendors as per project requirements.

• Ensure proper cost estimation and technical alignment while preparing BOQs.

• Submit prepared BOQs for internal review, verification, and approval before sharing with customers.

• Maintain strict adherence to customer requirements, specifications, and deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, and technical teams) to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

• Maintain documentation and records of quotations and BOQs for future reference. Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing and component identification

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic commercial tools
