Inside Sales Executive

• Process and manage compute-related orders (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, servers, workstations, etc.)
• Prepare quotations and related documentation
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and procurement teams
• Maintain records of Enquiries, Quotes, PO’s, subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and warranties
• Follow up with vendors and customers for order confirmations and deliveries
• Handle customer queries related to billing and documentation
• Follow-ups for the payments.
• Ensure timely renewal reminders and contract management

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Skills on OEM Configuration tools
• Understanding of IT hardware Products and requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / IT / related field

1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in IT / Technology domain
