Inside Sales Specialist

Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain services such as GST filing, ITR filing, company incorporation, compliance management, etc.

Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate services.

Follow up with leads received through calls, website, social media, and referrals.

Schedule consultations/meetings with clients and senior consultants.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Send proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures.

Handle basic queries related to taxation and compliance (training will be provided).
