Instrumentation and Control Engineer (DCS Engineer)

Candidate shall have the ability to design and develop control logic for various processes and systems. Candidate should be capable of sizing and Selection of field Instruments, Analysers, Control valves based on process requirement. Understanding Cable Tray layout design and Preparing cable schedules, JB Schedule as well as LIE and LIR is essential. 

Coordinate technical reviews, interface with process, mechanical, Project Management teams and Customer interactions/Review to ensure seamless integration.

Candidates should be able to prepare technical specifications for C&I equipment and systems, as well as review Mechanical and C&I vendor documents in post-order to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Proficiency in engineering software such as SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) or SmartPlant Review (SPR), and Visio is an added advantage.

Burner management system (BMS), Boiler Protection System (BPS), Power plant Control, DCS design, IO list preparation, Alarm list preparation, SOE list preparation, Internal & external DCS Application testing, Customer handling, Support to site, FAT.
