Insurance Sales Executive

🎯 Key Responsibilities:-

* Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote motor insurance products, including new policies and renewals.

* Product Explanation: Clearly articulate policy features, benefits, premiums, and coverage options to prospective clients.

* Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, converting them into policyholders through persuasive communication.

* Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on policy-related matters.

* Record Maintenance: Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.

* Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

* Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales practices comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

🎓 Qualifications:-

* Education: Minimum 12th grade; Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles; experience in insurance sales is advantageous.

* Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

* Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office
