Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and execute interior fit-out projects at site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, managing materials, coordinating with vendors, and supporting billing and documentation to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise interior site execution activities as per drawings, specifications, and approved standards.
• Monitor and ensure quality, workmanship, and finishing of interior works.
• Check material inward, maintain material records, and monitor proper material consumption at site.
• Take site measurements for executed work and prepare running and final invoices.
• Verify and cross-check vendor and contractor measurements, bills, and invoices.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedules.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, including manpower status, progress updates, and issues.
• Track daily work progress and update project heads on site status.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Identify site issues, report deviations, and support corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresher with strong site interest or candidates with relevant experience in interior projects are welcome.
• Knowledge of interior execution methods, materials, and measurements.
• Ability to read and understand interior and civil drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measurement, billing, and invoice verification.
• Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial or residential interior fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with BOQ, measurements, and billing formats.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.
