Lead QA-QC Projects

1. Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 18 to 25 years of experience in, Quality Assurance & Control preferably in Super Critical Thermal Power projects.
2. Familiarity with structural components, bought out items, pressure parts viz. pipes, tubes, fittings, forgings etc. Further, deep knowledge of various NDT methods, welding processes, RCA/why-why analysis is required.
3. Understanding of Vendor development process, Competency to review vendor credentials , Co-ordination with Engg./SCM/PMG /End customer for vendor assessment/approval.
4. Vendor approval/Joint vendor visit with end customer for assessment.
5. Understanding of Engineering drawings/specification, Standards, Codes & Statutory regulations etc.
6. QP finalization with supplier & approval of same MQP with end customers
7. Knowledge of IS, ASME & AWS standards
8. An effective communicator, team leader & facilitator for QA activities.
9. Inspection category approval from client and inspection planning coordination for getting MDCC.
10. Ensuring compliance with quality and specifications as per contract/QP and relevant IS/IEC standards.
11. Understanding of QA requirements in contract documents and finalization of QA chapters for bidding purposes in Project.
12. Standardization of quality documents package wise for upcoming projects.
13. Inspection of Electrical & Instrumentation items as per app. MQP.
14. Familiarity with SAP system, MS office etc.
15. Understanding of QMS system for ISO 9001: 2015, Internal audit, External QMS audit etc.
