I) MIS Manager

Requires strong technical knowledge, experience with complex systems, and the ability to manage data. Other skills include:

II) Planner

Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Other skills include:

A) Experience in the Boiler/Power industry 

B) Relevant certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) 

III) Handling end to end procurement activity of Mechanical items.

a) Responsible for RFQ process, closure of Technical, quality & commercial evaluation of offers

b) Preparation of Comparison Statement, Responsible for commercial negotiations and award of contract

c) Effective reporting of status of procurement activities of relevant categories for project to enable identification of delays and mitigation plan to meet project schedule.

d) Provide support to the project in terms of any interventions required while administering supply contracts for relevant categories

e) Conduct regular procurement reviews to Meet Project schedule & participate in the project review meetings.

f) Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job work.

g) To identify & develop NEW Potential vendors thru vendor development cell for every package.
