Logistics Coordinator

  • Generate Logistics Requisition Forms (LRF) in the portal and communicate with SCM for sending inquiries to transporters.
  • Coordinate with SCM for transporter finalization and liaise with transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement.
  • Prepare Transportation PRs, manage PR amendments, and generate E‑Way bills for port-to-project movements.
  • Process transportation invoices by creating Service Entry Sheets (SES), uploading them to the Navodaya portal, and resolving invoice-related queries.
  • Create detailed file notes and handle PO short closure activities, including closing unwanted transportation POs.
  • Monitor and track daily logistics operations to maintain smooth end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for transportation, procurement, and invoicing processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and organizational logistics and SCM guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and minimize delays.
  • Drive cost optimization by negotiating with transporters and improving logistics efficiency.
  • Coordinate actively with the Finance team to ensure on-time release of transporter payments.
  • Provide data, documentation, and detailed reports to support internal and external audits related to transportation and procurement.
