Job Description:Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation and delivery schedules.
• Plan and track shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery of materials.
• Liaise with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor dispatches and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
• Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and logistics documentation.
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams for material movement.
• Track inventory movement and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).
• Basic knowledge of transportation management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry.

• Knowledge of local transport networks and vendors.
• Understanding of dispatch planning and route optimization.
