Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate labeling, filling, and tube-filling machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Set up machines for production runs, including loading raw materials, components, and packaging materials.
- Monitor line operation and product flow to ensure smooth production and consistent quality.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to achieve desired filling volumes, sealing quality, and label alignment.
- Conduct routine checks on machine performance and promptly report malfunctions or abnormalities.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance for repairs when needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality—checking labeling accuracy, fill levels, sealing, and packaging integrity.
- Maintain accurate production and downtime records.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality protocols, including GMP and 5S standards.
- Assist in changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives in the production area.
