Marketing Executive

• 🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various marketing channels (online/offline).
• Promote and market residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct field visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales and back-office teams for closing deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & marketing targets.
• Create and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and digital promotions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong networking and client-handling ability

Knowledge of local property market trends (preferred)

Confident in both field and office marketing activities

Good computer and social media marketing knowledge

Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Experinece in sales and marketing Department

Experience in Real Estate / Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage

💰 Salary & Benefits:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
