To drive ButterCo’s growth by managing social media content and executing performance marketing campaigns to increase engagement, traffic, and sales.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Management

Plan & post daily Instagram content (reels + posts)

• Write captions, manage comments & DMs
• Stay updated with trends & execute content ideas

📊 Performance Marketing

Run & manage Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)

• Test creatives, audiences & campaigns
• Track basic metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)

📈 Growth & Execution

Suggest weekly content ideas

• Identify what’s working & improve performance
• Support overall brand growth initiatives
• 👤 Ideal Candidate 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram + reels
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
• Creative, fast, and execution-focused
