Mechanical Draftsman

Responsibilities

Prepare mechanical designs and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.

Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Design development, revisions, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.

Coordinate with production, and fabrication, teams to resolve design-related issues.

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, quality norms, and safety guidelines.

Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.

Good mechanical design and drafting skills.

Excellent drawing reading and interpretation ability.

Basic understanding of manufacturing / fabrication processes.

Qualification:

Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1–2 years of experience in mechanical or fabrication industries.

Attention to detail and accuracy in design work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
